Major Responsibilities:
▪ Understand the Business requirement and Technical requirements of the client
▪ Make proposals and presentations inline with expectations of the client and
business requirements
▪ Sync up with Business and sales team for the proposal discussions
▪ Rework and update the proposals based on client feedback
▪ Lead the technical part of discussions supporting the business teams.
▪ Support in the project initiation and development activities based on request
Skills and Expertise:
▪ 8-10 years of experience in Automotive Embedded SW Development and Validation
▪ Hands on experience in Model based design and development of Embedded SW or
C\C++ based SW development across V Cycle
▪ Tools: Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow or Embedded C\C++ , UML
▪ Domain Experience : ADAS, or Body SW or Infotainment SW or Powertrain SW
▪ Must have hands on experience in Architecture, Design and coding of Embedded SW
▪ Autosar Architecture knowledge is preferable
▪ Must have experience in Technical management of the Embedded SW projects
Soft Skills:
▪ Very good communication and convincing capability
▪ Ability to lead technical discussions in the business meetings
